Saint Avenue ships across the UAE and the wider MENA region. All orders are dispatched from our Dubai atelier within 1–2 business days of order verification.

Atelier pickup is also available at our Dubai DIFC location for customers who prefer to collect in person.

Estimated delivery is 4 to 14 business days depending on your location within the MENA region. UAE orders typically arrive faster.

Exact delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your shipping address. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Complimentary shipping is available on all orders over AED 500.

For orders below AED 500, a standard shipping fee applies. The exact rate is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Every Saint Avenue order is manually verified before dispatch. Our team will contact you via call, WhatsApp, or email to confirm your order details before it leaves us.

No order ships without that confirmation. This is not just a policy — it is how we protect you and ensure every order is exactly right.

Prefer to collect in person? Our atelier in Dubai DIFC is available for order pickup. Select atelier pickup at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also view your order status at any time by logging into your account.
