Our promise
We want you to love every piece you receive from Saint Avenue. If something isn't right, we will make it right — no fuss, no unnecessary back and forth.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery. This window is firm — please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unaltered
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
- Requested within 3 days of the delivery date
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without tags will not be accepted.
How to return
To initiate a return, email shop@thesaintavenue.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item or items you would like to return.
Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address. Do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error — for example, an incorrect or faulty item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Our pieces are produced in limited runs and availability cannot be guaranteed at the time of return.
We recommend contacting us before ordering if you are unsure about sizing — our team is happy to advise. If you need a different size, return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@thesaintavenue.com with your order number and photos of the item.
We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Items returned outside the 3-day window
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items missing tags or returned without original packaging
